Champion Cabinets has served the Bradenton area under an established local name. Amanda Birard and Kierstin Baldwin-Chase acquired the business and began its next chapter as a women-owned company serving Manatee and Sarasota counties.
Taking responsibility for an established name means respecting the trust behind it while building a company around today's customers. Amanda and Kierstin bring design, construction oversight, personal communication and installation together so homeowners have a clear path from first ideas to a finished room.
What this means for you
- One team, start to finish. The person who designs your room stays with it through ordering, delivery and installation. You are not handed off, and you are not the one chasing the trades.
- A licensed general contractor on your project. Kierstin can coordinate the agreed remodeling scope, including cabinetry, installation and the supporting trades, so your project has one clear point of responsibility.
- Our own crew and our own trusted trades. The people in your home are people we work with regularly and stand behind.
- A showroom you can walk into. Come to the Bradenton showroom, open a drawer, and see the finishes in daylight before you commit to anything.
- A straight answer about fit. If your project is not right for us, we will say so before you spend an afternoon on a consultation.
Projects that fit Champion
Champion focuses on kitchen remodeling, complete bathroom remodeling, custom cabinetry, custom closets, outdoor kitchens, and coordinated home remodeling. A focused cabinetry project can be a good fit when it needs professional design, specification and installation.
Cabinet repair, painting or refinishing, replacement parts, basic shelving and minor one-item bathroom work are outside our core scope. If you are unsure, tell us what you need. We will give you a straightforward answer before asking you to invest time in a consultation.
Two roles, one connected plan
Amanda Birard is Champion's kitchen and bath designer. She learns how you use the room, turns that into a design, and guides the cabinetry, finishes and details. Kierstin Baldwin-Chase is a licensed general contractor, so Champion can coordinate a complete remodel with the design, cabinetry, installation and included trades connected from the start.

Designed here, sourced carefully, installed by Champion
We design the cabinetry for the room, specify it through established supplier relationships, check it when it arrives and install it. We do not manufacture in an in-house workshop, and we say so plainly because it matters when you compare proposals. The value is in getting the design, the measurements, the ordering and the installation right.
Where we work
Manatee County is home. We work throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, including Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton, Sarasota, Venice and the barrier-island communities. We also consider nearby parts of south Hillsborough and south Pinellas when the scope fits.
