Home Remodeling

Multi-room and whole-home projects, held together by one team.

Overview

When the project does not stop at one room

When several rooms are changing, the greatest value is not another set of selections. It is one plan that controls sequence and consequence. Champion coordinates the rooms and trades under one accountable general contractor.

Planning your project

What to expect with your home remodeling

Here is how we help you move from a first idea to a room that works beautifully for the way you live.

Some projects do not stop at one room. A kitchen opens into a dining area that now looks wrong. A bathroom remodel makes the hallway storage next to it look worse than it did. Or you have bought a house that needs most of it done at once, and doing it room by room over five years is not the plan.

We take multi-room and whole-home remodels under our own general contractor license. That allows one team to be responsible for the sequence rather than leaving several companies to manage only their individual pieces.

The rooms that complete the house

Pantries, laundry rooms, hall storage, and mudrooms often become part of a broader project because they connect storage, surfaces, utilities, and everyday routines. Including them in the plan makes the surrounding remodel feel finished rather than pieced together.

Hallway storage is the kind of room that never makes the original list and changes the house most.

One accountable plan for the whole project

The value of a general contractor on a multi-room job is order and consequence. Trades arrive in the right sequence, and when something needs attention, there is one company to call instead of several companies explaining the problem to one another.

Floors and surfaces are ordered and fitted as part of the broader remodel when they belong in the approved scope. Living through the work is discussed before the schedule is finalized, including containment, utilities, room availability, and the disruptive phases.

Our process

One plan across every room in the project

Whole-home work becomes manageable when the decisions, schedule, and handoffs are resolved together.

  1. Discovery

We identify the rooms, priorities, constraints, and how the household needs to function while the work is underway.

  2. Planning

Scope, design, trade requirements, materials, and the order of work are developed as one coordinated project.

  3. Construction

Champion manages the sequence, site communication, cabinetry, surfaces, and required trades.

  4. Closeout

Rooms are reviewed together so the final details and transitions feel like one home rather than separate jobs.

Questions

Home Remodeling FAQs

What qualifies as a whole-home remodeling project?

Projects involving several rooms, connected structural or finish decisions, or a coordinated sequence of trades can benefit from a whole-home approach.

Can homeowners remain in the house during construction?

Often they can, but the answer depends on the scope. Champion discusses containment, room availability, utilities, and the difficult phases before the schedule is finalized.

Does Champion handle flooring?

Flooring can be included when it is part of a broader remodeling project. Champion does not offer flooring as a standalone service.

Who coordinates the trades?

Champion coordinates the trades included in the agreed project scope under its general contractor license, giving the homeowner one primary point of accountability.
