Kierstin is a licensed general contractor and co-owner of Champion Cabinets. Her role means your project can stay under one team beyond the cabinetry: the agreed scope, schedule, trades, deliveries and installation can all be coordinated around the finished room.
One plan for the work behind the design
Every remodeling decision has consequences for the work that follows it. Demolition, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, surfaces, installation, and finish work need to happen in the right order. Kierstin helps keep those pieces connected to the approved scope and schedule.
For clients, that creates a clear point of accountability. They are not left standing between separate companies when one part of the project affects another.
Practical oversight from start to closeout
Kierstin’s focus is not only on what needs to be built. It is also on how the project moves through a lived-in home, how trade responsibilities connect, and how questions are resolved when conditions change.
That oversight supports Champion’s full-service approach to kitchens, complete bathroom remodels, custom cabinetry, outdoor kitchens, and coordinated home remodeling.
Leading Champion together
Kierstin and Amanda Birard acquired Champion Cabinets in 2024 and now lead the business as a women-owned company. Amanda guides the design experience, while Kierstin’s licensed general-contractor role helps carry that design through the construction process.
Their shared goal is straightforward: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and give each client one team that remains responsible for the finished room.
